Kiwi Holiday Insurance has joined forces with Southern Cross Travel Insurance (SCTI) in a move the former says will increase its ‘ability to innovate and grow in the dynamic travel market’.
Kiwi Holiday Insurance country manager Mike van Beekhuizen says the partnership allows it to offer its customers ‘enhanced protection, competitive pricing, and the peace of mind that comes with world-class support when they need it most’. Its B2B sales portal will be complemented by SCTI’s products, systems, and support services including Auckland-based teams, he adds. “We’re constantly looking for ways to deliver more value to our customers and partners. With SCTI’s product development expertise, and deep understanding of the travel insurance landscape, we’re confident this collaboration will take Kiwi Holiday Insurance to the next level,” says van Beekhuizen.
Under the new deal, Kiwi Holiday Insurance says its customers can now access SCTI-backed products featuring enhanced benefits, improved claims processes and 24/7 New Zealand-based support. See more HERE.
