Kellie Smith, head of business development and customer success, says Room-Res partnered with Singapore Airlines for the lunch, to showcase its platform updates, highlight key destinations and celebrate Chinese New Year.

“As Singapore is consistently a top 10 destination for Room-Res, it was an ideal time to showcase the tools and features we offer to help agents sell the destination, including hotels, transfers, day tours, and activities.”

Room-Res was founded in Australia and Smith says it has been serving the destination as well as the US for almost 10 years, pro viding global supply content across Australia, the US, Asia, and Europe.

Agents can access hotels, car rentals, transfers, activities and day tours, and Smith adds that the platform also recently added multi-day touring, from three-night city breaks, ideal for pre- or post-cruise trips, to itineraries of 21 days or more.

Benefits of using the platform include the ability to build multi-product itineraries, generate agency-branded on-line quotes, and access flexible payment terms. Smith adds the platform also offers agents in-house 24/7 support.
