Travel to the Solomons is on the up, with the destination reporting a 13% year-on-year arrivals increase for 2025—and Kiwi travel was up too, with 1882 arrivals from New Zealand last year, up 14% on 2024.
Tourism Solomons’ acting ceo Dagnal Dereveke attributes the growth to the tourist board’s sustained marketing and promotional activity across its key markets.
“Our focus remains fixed on rebuilding and growing arrivals from our key source markets, and the 2025 overall result shows clear progress toward returning to, and exceeding, pre-covid levels,” he says.
