Adventure World and Travel Texas have launched the Authentic. Custom. Texas. campaign as they highlight the state and Route 66 in 2026.

Texas offers open landscapes, vibrant cities and culture, particularly its ‘cowboy culture’ which continues to influence global fashion and music, says Adventure World.
This year is also the centennial of Route 66, and Texas plays a key role in Adventure World’s 23-day Road Trippin’ Route 66 itinerary, where travellers can see Amarillo’s restored Historic Sixth Street District, the Cadillac Ranch and the landscapes of Palo Duro Canyon, priced from $9995pp.
. . . There’s More
Other products include the 15-day Authentic Texas which explores Texan culture, ethical ranch stays, Austin’s live music scene and Space Center Houston, priced from $6995pp, or the 10-day Take a Bite out of Texas where travellers can enjoy cuisine from smoky barbecue joints to bold Tex-Mex and refined local dining priced from $4795pp.
Adventure World says it is expecting strong road trip demand from travellers in 2026.
“Texas offers the perfect balance of independence, culture and wide-open adventure, and our itinerar ies are designed to help agents tap into exactly that.”
