G Adventures’ New Trade Vodcast

G Adventures has launched an on-demand audio and video training series, Heart of G, offering Australasian agents the ability to learn on the go.

The Agent Training Vodcast was developed to replicate the accessibility of a podcast. G Adventures’ head of marketing for Australia and New Zealand Adelle Clements says the on-demand vodcast gives agents a smarter, more flexible way to learn, ‘one that fits naturally into their day, whether they’re commuting, walking the dog or between client meetings’.

“Travel agents are inundated with in-store presentations, webinars and training decks every single week, yet the format has barely changed in decades,” says Clements. “We saw an opportunity to use technology to not replace but complement that experience.”

The ‘short and sharp’ sessions are hosted by experienced travel and lifestyle podcaster Jacob Stanley, and each features a G Adventures global purpose specialist or key account manager, with the key focus helping agents build confidence, fluency and emotional connection, not just product knowledge. Heart of G episode one explores Vietnam, with following episodes covering Peru, Morocco, Japan and South Africa. Further episodes will be rolling out across 2026.
