AmaWaterways has revealed the details of upgrades to its dining and amenities, taking place across its fleet.

Starting with food and wine, the river cruise line is introducing new Italian lunches in the Chef’s Table restaurants on most ships, as well as signature dinners by culinary director Chef Robert Kellerhals, while The Lark lounges will offer an all-day menu and all day refreshments.
There will also be more bread varieties aboard, snack jars filled with house-made protein balls, muesli bars and cookies, and specialty chocolates from regional chocolatiers.
On the beverage front, the cruise line is expanding its selection of more than 30 options including red, white and rosé wines available on each sailing. Free soft drinks will be available throughout the day on most European ships.
