Diamond Princess has added two specialty dining options for its 2026 Japan season: Makoto Ocean and Crown Grill.
Makoto Ocean premiered aboard the Sun Princess and Star Princess and brings Chef Makoto Okuwa’s Edomae-style sushi to Diamond Princess, Deck 7. Signature dishes include truffle salmon, snow crab temaki and toro tartare, paired with cocktails such as Genmai Negroni and Kodai No Hana. Crown Grill is the award-winning steakhouse on the ship’s Deck 5, with premium aged beef, chops and fresh seafood.
