The company’s underlying EBITDA reached AUD53.9m, attributed to a growing demand for its style of experience-rich travel, with standout growth across the Australia and UK markets.

. . . Record NPS

Also notable about Intrepid’s 2025 results was its customer satisfaction reaching its highest ever level, with a Net Promoter Score of 83, and The Intrepid Foundation disbursing a record level of funds, at AUD3.4 million.

Intrepid ceo James Thornton says the 2025 performance shows that it is possible to grow a resilient, profitable business while staying true to values, even in the face of global uncertainty. “At a time when the world is more divided than ever, I’m incredibly proud that more travellers are choosing to experience the world the Intrepid way.”

These results are testament to the Intrepid team, he adds, who the company is thanking with AUD10.7 million in employee bonuses being offered in the form of both cash and shares.

This is in line with Intrepid’s long held belief that Intrepid should be owned by the people who run it.

. . . What’s Next

The company is now focusing on its 2030 strategy, which aims to connect people, empower communities and address its footprint in the places it operates.

Its 2026 goals, aim for AUD938 million in revenue (AUD53.3 million EBITDA), as well as AUD4.3 million for the Intrepid Foundation. Find the full report HERE.
