MSC Cruises has announced upgrades to Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, its private island in the Bahamas.
Due for completion in 2027, the project will bring four new dining venues, a new Seakers Cove Family Beach (render pictured), the adult retreat Paradise Sands, more cabanas and marine conservation experience Shifting Perspective where guests can see coral restoration, scientific discovery and interactive exploration of ocean ecosystems. Construction has also begun on extending the pier to accommodate two ships, as well as the development of a second private island.
