In response to some queries from Kiwi travel agents, Karmel Connect’s Mike Afram has issued an update for the Kiwi trade, as the publicity around the LA unrest continues.
Despite the ongoing protests taking place he says Karmel Connect’s transportation services continue to operate without interruption. “This includes all pre-scheduled and on-demand passenger services to and from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and hotels, attractions and destinations located throughout the surrounding areas,” he says Additionally, Karmel’s EZ to Extreme Tours are also unaffected and fully operational.
. . . Watching closely
Afram says the safety and reliability of its transportation services and tour operations remains the top priority. “We are actively monitoring the situation and coordinating with local authorities, airports, attractions and destinations to ensure all services remain accessible and that our passengers and drivers are informed and secure at all times.”
. . . Book As Normal
Agents can continue to book rides and tours as usual through their wholesale partners or preferred channel, and Afram says Karmel will provide real-time updates should conditions change. “As a company rooted in community and service, we understand the importance of providing consistent and dependable transportation— especially during times of heightened public activity. We are fully operational and prepared to adapt as needed, but at this time there are no delays or service disruptions.”
