Kiwis will soon be able to turn their shopping experience at Los Angeles’ Citadel Outlets into a multi-day activity.
The popular shopping centre has announced that a new accommodation will open in 2026.
In the northern Spring, The Pan Am Hotel by Hilton will offer rooms combining mid-century aesthetics and contemporary design.
A highlight of the property will be the custom-designed storage areas built specifically to accommodate two oversized suitcases as well as two full-service dining venues and a fitness centre—as well as having the Citadel Outlets and its 130 shops just ‘footsteps away’. A new Grand Fountain by WET Design, the designers behind the iconic Bellagio Fountain in Las Vegas, is also going to debut at Citadel Outlets.
Set to be the centrepiece of the outlet mall, it will blend art, engineering,
fire and water. Steven Craig, president of Craig Realty Group, says the vision for Citadel Outlets has always been to create more than just a shopping centre.
“With the addition of the Pan Am Hotel by Hilton and The Grand Fountain, we’re re-imagining what’s possible—bringing together design, innovation, and hospitality to deliver something truly unforgettable.”
