Scenic has launched its 2026 Grand Journeys, which are said to combine ocean, river and land travel in one seamless itinerary.
Elisabeth Sadler, Scenic’s vp product river cruises, says since the company introduced its first river to ocean cruise combination itineraries, it has seen ‘a remarkable increase’ in their popularity. “Guests have shown a growing appetite for longer, more immersive travel experiences,” she adds. “With the expansion of our fleet and access to a wider range of destinations, combining Scenic’s ultra-luxury river and ocean cruises was a natural step.”

Itineraries span destinations worldwide, with options ranging from 41 to 86 days, and each itinerary can be personalised with included Scenic Freechoice excursions.
Highlighted itineraries include the 86-day Treasures of Europe: Portugal to Switzerland Grand Journey, which includes a Douro Valley cruise, a Bordeaux cruise, a Normandy and Siene cruise, a Baltic ocean voyage, a cruise on the Rhine and a Grand Alpine rail journey; and The 48-day Grand Voyage: Machu Picchu, the Caribbean to the Mediterranean, which combines a land journey to Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu with an ocean voyage ex Panama City to Nice via the Caribbean and the French and Italian Rivieras.
All internal flights and transfers, Freechoice excursions, exclusive Scenic enrich events, premium beverages on board each cruise, as well as all tipping and gratuities are included, and those who book a grand journey will also get a range of VIP benefits.
