For agents selling Tahitian get aways, Our Cruise is highlighting the benefits of cruising, with Lindy Christian saying the destination is now home to more cruise line’s than ever before and there’s a style to cater to every type of client.
Options include small ship cruises such as Paul Gauguin which she says offers a ‘true Polynesian experience’ and Aranui, which caters to the adventurous.
Both of which, she adds, offer a more intimate experience with access to smaller bays and lagoons.
The destination also features in the itineraries of some larger ships such as those of Oceania, catering to those looking for more onboard.
As to why agents should be recommending cruise around the Islands of Tahiti, Christian says clients have the chance to experience multiple destinations such as the Society Islands, Moorea, Bora Bora and Raiatea while only having to unpack once, and many cruises such as Paul Gauguin are all-inclusive, which she says work out to be ‘very cost effective’ for those wanting to see numerous islands. Plus agents will earn commission on the inclusive cruise packages.
. . . Gauguin Offer
Our Cruise currently offers commissionable land and cruise packages in French Polynesia aboard the Paul Gauguin, with an offer on now in which clients can receive $1500 flight credit per person on 17 select voyages in 2025/2026, for bookings to 30 Apr.
For those who want to know more about Tahiti, Our Cruise md Rick Felderhof urges them to reach out. “We offer our trade customers a one-stop shop for Tahiti and her islands, whether your clients are enjoying a land or cruise holiday, or a combination of both,” says Felderhof. “We have stayed at these resorts, cruised with these cruise lines, and we know they deliver what they promise.”
