Singapore Airlines reminds Kiwi agents that new power bank rules will be enforced from today (Wed 15 Apr). To recap, SQ customers may carry a maximum of two power banks on board flights.
Power banks up to 100Wh may be carried without prior approval, and power banks between 100Wh and 160Wh require prior approval from the airline. Power banks above 160Wh are not allowed on board. Power banks must be carried in carry-on luggage, should be kept in easily accessible locations, and cannot be charged on board or used to charge personal devices in-flight, SQ adds.
