Singapore Changi Airport is Skytrax’s World’s Best Airport for 2025 (for the 13th time) while Auckland Airport has made it into the top 10 for the 10 to 20 million passengers category.
Former winner Doha’s Hamad International Airport was this year placed in second for 2025, while Tokyo International Airport was third.

AKL was fourth in the 10-20 million annual passengers category, and ranked 46th overall for customer satisfaction, but that wasn’t all. In the Australia/Pacific category AKL placed third, while the Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport Hotel came in third for Best Airport Hotel in the Australia/Pacific category. AKL chief customer officer ScottTasker says the results are an awesome accolade for everyone working in AKL’s airport ecosystem. “We’re committed to creating an airport that Kiwis are proud of and we’re heartened travellers have recognised the value of the changes we’re delivering.” Christchurch was third and Wellington sixth for Best Regional Airports in Australia/Pacific. CHC was ninth for Best Airports in Australia/Pacific.

SIN, DOH and HND were followed by Incheon International Airport, Skytrax & The Best Airports Of 2025 Narita International Airport, Hong Kong International Airport, Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, Rome Fiumicino Airport, Munich Airport, Zurich Airport and Dubai International Airport. Rounding out the top 20 was Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, Vancouver International Airport, Istanbul Airport, Vienna International Airport, Melbourne Airport, Chubu Centrair International Airport, Copenhagen Airport, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Bahrain International Airport. In Best Airports by Passenger Numbers, top for 70+ million passengers was HND, while SIN took out 60 to 70 million passengers and the winner for 50 to 60 million passengers was DOH. Rome’s FCO was top for 40 to 50 million passengers and NRT for 30 to 40 million passengers, while ZRH took out the 20 to 30 million passengers category and HEL topped the 10 to 20 million passengers category. Smaller winners were BAH and Goa Manohar International Airport, for five to 10 million and less than five million, respectively.
