What will mainly affect Kiwi travellers headed to Europe is that SQ will delink its three times weekly Singapore-Milan Barcelona services, and instead operate five times-weekly direct services between Singapore and Barcelona 01 Jul-03 Sep. From 01 Jul, SQ will also introduce first class cabin products on flight services between Singapore and Amsterdam.

Other changes include SQ operating additional services across Asia routes, including an additional daily service between Singapore and Bangkok, (seven daily ser vices), and increased services between Singapore and Colombo, (twice daily from 01 May). SQ will also operate an additional weekly service between Singapore and Cairns, 07 Jul-22 Sep, increasing the total number to five times weekly.

The airline’s A380 will also be deployed on the Singapore-Dubai route for the first time throughout the northern summer season, due to strong demand for premium cabins, it adds. See more HERE.
