Celebrity Cruises has revealed some details about the new venues featuring aboard Celebrity Xcel, which is set to sail later this year.
The first addition is The Celebrity Pool Club, which will boast cabanas and a new pool valet offering towels, card games and more. On the last sea day of each Caribbean itinerary, the club will also feature Caribbean-inspired live music and a DJ, specialty cocktails, pop-up shows and games. Nostalgic games room Attic at The Club will also debut, offering 24/7 access to retro games like Pac-Man, NBA Showtime and Golden Tee. This spot is able to be booked for group activities such as karaoke. The Spa features two new additions; Hydra Room which offers a warm pool with massaging jets and heated lounge chairs, and the outdoor Vitamin D Deck, offering sweeping views from the front of the ship and free non-alcoholic beverages. Rounding out the list is the first Celebrity Flagship store, offering mementos and customisable items. Celebrity Xcel will sail her inaugural season to the Caribbean ex Fort Lauderdale from Nov.
