Two itineraries exploring the wonders to the Coral Triangle, Spice Islands and Raja Ampat, and Komodo National Park, launch the return of National Geographic- Lindblad Expeditions in Indonesia in 2026.
The cruise line’s 28-guest five-deck Aqua Blu explorer yacht includes indoor and al fresco dining areas, wellness area and hot tub, lounge, and spa with Balinese treatments and aromatherapy.
Snorkelling and kayaking gear is provided and diving is also offered at no extra cost. Both voyages are dive-centric says the company, with up to ten participants on a first come, first served basis. The 15-day Indonesia’s Coral Gardens and Komodo Dragons from Oct 2026 includes the Coral Triangle, said to be one of the most biodiverse marine environments, Komodo National Park, Taka Bonerate National Park, and the Banda Sea taking in mangrove forests, and engaging with local communities.
Also at 15 days, the Indonesia’s Spice Islands and Raja Ampat option sails into the Spice Island to snorkel and dive in the pristine reefs of Raja Ampat, takes in the centuries-old rock art in Misool’s labyrinthine lagoons, and explores nutmeg plantations, traditional villages, jungle waterfalls, and remote volcanic island.
