Fuzion Travel has re-invested in its boutique affiliate model in a bid to make things easier for agents who want to move into brokering but don’t want to do it alone.
The transition from a structured retail environment to independent brokering can be both liberating and overwhelming,” adds Fuzion.
While brokers gain flexibility, they often lose support, says Fuzion Travel director Andrew Parke who adds that many brokers ‘are out there on their own, struggling with isolation and a lack of support, while experienced agents in retail are feeling stifled’.
“We believe there’s a better way— one where independence doesn’t mean going it alone, and success is something you build with the right people around you,” he adds.

To create ‘a better way’ Fuzion has extended its partnership with the industry’s Angela Mills, who is working on refining Fuzion’s operations, strengthening processes, and enhancing support for high-per forming trave l professionals.
In her own words, Mills is ‘elevating’ the affiliate model. “We’re ensuring that affiliates have the structure they need to operate effectively, the support to keep them moving forward, and the community to make sure they never feel alone in their business,” she says.
The new-look model includes the chance for brokers to work for themselves, but never by themself, as well as flexibility, and the backing of a reputable brand, she adds. Members will retain full ownership of their business.
