Club Med has unveiled its first eLearning platform for the Pacific market, Club Med Academy.
The company’s head of sales for Club Med Pacific Lisa Bacon says that as the brand evolves, so too do the learning and sales opportunities available to valued travel agent partners.
“At Club Med, we continuously refine our offerings to equip travel agents with the tools and knowledge they need to sell confidently and effectively,” Bacon explains. “That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce Club Med Academy—a platform designed to help agents maximise their potential.”
The launch comes off the back of the success of Club Med’s Early Bird Sale 2026 openings, which saw a remarkable 105% year-on-year increase in indirect sales.

The academy caters to those new to selling a Club Med as well as seasoned experts, housing everything agents need to know about the brand.
Highlights include 11 learning modules that cover a range of topics including Club Med’s all-inclusive offering and its Exclusive Collection portfolio.
Those who complete all 11 modules will receive official certification from Club Med.

Agents will also earn Club Med Loyalty Points for each module they complete, which can be redeemed for free stays at Club Med resorts.
Other key features include the ability for agents to interact with each other via a messaging and posting feature in Club Med Academy, and regular updates ensuring agents always have access to the latest Club Med information and tools.
