Brand USA is showcasing America’s arts scene, which the NTO’s ceo Fred Dixon says is ‘unmatched’.
In addition there’s a range of new museums and exhibitions opening across the country, including Untitled Art in Houston. Slated to debut in Sep, it will offer a mix of contemporary works, experimental galleries, and immersive installations. Contemporary art fair Art Basel Miami Beach takes place 05-07 Dec, this year welcoming more than 250 premier galleries. Those in California can visit Santa Rosa’s Charles M. Schulz Museum, which will feature a new Peanuts exhibition in honour of its 75th anniversary. This year also sees the re-opening of the Portland Art Museum following a USD111 million transformation. In 2026, contemporary art celebration the Whitney Biennial will take place in New York in Mar, and the city will also welcome The Hip Hop Museum at Bronx Point, highlighting the genre’s roots and cultural impact. The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art will open its doors in Los Angeles in 2026, and the international art fair Frieze Los Angeles is on at Santa Monica Airport 26 Feb-01 Mar.

Brand USA also highlights popular mainstays such as the Getty Center and Getty Villa in Los Angeles, New York’s The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Frick Collection, and The Museum of Modern Art, and in Texas, the Dallas Museum of Art and the Nasher Sculpture Center.
