Fiji’s Malolo Island Resort has just completed a FJD4.6 million renovation across its accommodations, public spaces and technology.
Its 46 bures and suites have new bedding, blackout curtains and premium espresso machines, while the public areas and restaurants now have updated furniture. Outdoors, the gardens have been replanted and the adults‑only poolside terrace revitalised with new loungers, advises Ahura Resorts.

Malolo Island Resort also spent FJD1.5 million on technology upgrades, including resort‑wide high‑speed wifi in all bures and the launch of the Malolo Resort App which allows guests to check in, browse daily activities, and book island‑wide experiences. Ahura Resorts says it’s also on track to complete its own water‑production and bottling plant next month, where each room gets free water in recycled‑glass bottles made at the resort. Malolo Island Resort is located 25km west of Nadi International Airport, accessible via the resort’s fast catamaran or by chartered water taxi.
