Agents Return To New Cal Paradise

Kiwi travel agents rediscovered New Caledonia on a recent famil, as New Caledonia Tourism’s New Zealand trade manager Manuela Nielsen points out that agents are essential in helping to restore consumer confidence in a New Caledonia holiday.

“We’re delighted to welcome the industry back and invite them to experience the destination’s latest developments and openings, which are strong indicators of our preparedness and excitement to reconnect with the world,” she adds. Highlights of the famil included the opportunity to visit the New Zealand Military Cemetery, a snorkelling excursion along the underwater trail on Poé Beach, a visit to the Boulouparis Distillery and the Tjibaou Cultural Centre, and a guided tour of the Blue River Park in the Great South. The group stayed at Sheraton New Caledonia Deva Spa & Golf Resort and Le Méridien Noumea Resort & Spa and made site visits to a number of other properties.

New Caledonia Tourism encourages agents to visit its website for practical resources, as well as the option to apply for a self-famil to the destination, combined with Aircalin’s 2026 travel industry rates. See more HERE.
