World Expeditions has launched a new program of Curated Adventures for 2025/2026 led by noted experts in their field.
The 14-day India of the Nawabs: Cuisine, Culture & Crafts tour with John Zubrzycki (08-21 Jan 2026), is priced from AUD9950pp t/s. The author and historian will take the group to the homes of Indian royalty and cultural artisans, to historic sites and private dining experiences, says the operator.

Australian food writer Ben Groundwater will take the eight-day Gourmet San Sebastian: An Insider’s Food Tour with Ben Groundwater (29 Sep-06 Oct). This trip will include hands-on cooking at a private Sociedad Gastronómica as well as Michelin-starred dining experiences. The tour is priced from AUD7590pp t/s.
Groundwater will also lead the company’s eight-day Forage & Feast in New Zealand with Ben Groundwater tour (21-28 Mar 2026) including foraging and catching crayfish in Kaikoura, which is priced from AUD5990pp t/s.

Vietnamese-Australian chef Duncan Lu leads the eight-day Flavours of Central Vietnam with Duncan Lu (01–08 Aug) to markets, local farms, and cooking lessons. Cost is AUD3990pp t/s.
Meanwhile, journalist and author Dr Stephanie Dale will lead the company’s 11-day Walk & Write the Camino with Dr. Stephanie Dale across the Camino Trail, which includes guided writing sessions (20-30 Apr 2026).
