Intrepid Travel has unveiled a new Premium Walking and Trekking trip range, developed to meet an increase in demand for both active travel and elevated accommodation.
Erica Kritikides, Intrepid’s gm experiences says the offering is a ‘natural and exciting evolution’ for travellers who embody Intrepid’s adventurous spirit but don’t want to compromise on comfort. “It is designed for those who are eager to take on the challenge of some of the world’s most iconic walking trails yet appreciate a softer landing at the end of the day, plus the exceptional experiences that set these journeys apart.” The collection spans five continents, with highlighted itineraries including the eight-day Premium Hiking and Trekking in Nepal’s Annapurna Region, which includes stays in Nepal’s best quality mountain lodges, priced from $3270 per person, and the six-day Premium Walking and Trekking in the Dolomites, from $9605pp, with stays in a boutique locally-run hotel in the heart of the Dolomites.
There’s also a seven-day Premium Walking and Hiking in Peru following the Inca Trail, priced from $5630pp, and a five-day Premium Walking and Hiking in Yellowstone, from $6640pp. The new collection is open for bookings; see HERE.
